SHDSH Craft Show Booth Application

    • Saint Henry Athletic Complex (SHAC)
      35 Cavalier Blvd, Florence, Kentucky 41042 (Map)
  • Regular Booth Fee: $75
  • Premium booth (Includes electric) Fee: $80
  • All Booths are 10 ‘ x 10’
  • No tables are provided.

There are a limited number of chairs on site. They will be offered one per booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please allow 2 weeks for approval. Once approved, a registration link will be sent for payment.

Please upload 2-4 photos of your craft(s). If you have any problem uploading your photo, please email it to shdhscraftshow@gmail.com. Your application will NOT be approved until the images are received and reviewed.

Refund Policy:

If you are approved, your registration fee is nonrefundable. Please submit any cancellations in writing by email or USPS.

Disclosure: St. Henry District High School (including associates/ students) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to an exhibitor’s personal property, personal injury, theft, or accident on premises or pertaining to the Craft Show.
